And it's a public health issue that existed long before the COVID-19 pandemic made isolation a headline, and Dr. Paul challenges the narrative that loneliness is an individual failure.

Her recent research focuses on exploring the impacts of microaffirmations with bisexual+ women of color and queer people of color.
